Technical Assessment

Once you have been shortlisted for the role, you may be sent a job-related 45 minute assessment. All being well, you would then proceed to meet the team.

AI Interview Scheduler

When we bring you forward to an interview with the team, we use an AI interview scheduler to do so.

Stufe 4

Technical Interview

Usually our team will set up a time to discuss the role in more detail and ask some technical questions related to the role.

Stufe 5

Hiring Manager Interview

If suitable, you will then meet the Hiring Manager, who will typically conduct general and behavioural questions.

If successful, you will meet other Confluence employees.

Stufe 6

Offer

When selected, you will receive a verbal offer, followed by a written offer.
