Oversee HCMC Services Teams
Allocate resources such as recruiting for implementation work or support assignment as it relates to HCMC resources.
Maintain and developing processes throughout the HCMC services team.
Develop the support managers.
Act as an escalation point for support managers on administration matters.
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data from managers to provide to the Head of Offshore Operations on a monthly basis.
