Stage 1

Applied

Your application will be reviewed by our Talent Acquisition team.
Stage 2

Screening Call with Talent Acquisition Team

Usually our Talent Acquisition team will set up a time to discuss the role in more detail.

The team member will then discuss your application with the hiring manager and will move you forward to the next stage if suitable.
Stage 3

Hiring Manager Interview

If suitable, you will then meet the Hiring Manager, who will typically conduct general and behavioural questions.

If successful, you will meet other Confluence employees.
Stage 4

Final Interview Stage

You will likely attend 2 or more interviews to be successful with us, as it is important for both parties that it fits.

Stage 5

Offer

When selected, you will receive a verbal offer, followed by a written offer.
Stage 6

Hired

Congratulations for reaching this stage! We would get ready for your onboarding onto the team.
